Off topic, but not by far

First of all, my apologies.  I know this isn't the right place to post
this message, but i trust your words more than any others.  I was just
looking for a new black and white laser printer.  I was wondering, for
those of you who own shops, which do you see come in?  Any specific
brands to stay away from?  I was thinking something along these lines:

I'm kinda looking at spending less than $200.  Any recommendations?  I
was looking at some panasonics as well.  I know the university I'm at
uses almost all HP's, and they get abused constantly, but are rarely
out for repairs.  The problem is I don't have the money.  Would I just
be throwing it away on a cheaper one, like above?  I'm sure "you get
what you pay for" applies, I just can't take inkjets anymore.  Thanks
