I leave that to my younger brother who lives in Sydney. Two of his
three sons have suffered spinal injuries while playing rugby.

I play field hockey myself, and have a fracture line in my jaw and a
couple of missing teeth to show for it, which does show a certain
measure of stupidity, but rugby is strictly for Darwin Award
candidates.
