SDT386 is a 32bit version of SDT III. It came with new libraries, a funny control program called ESP that call all the various bits that were part of the full system (SDT, PLD, PCB, PSPICE...)
I suppose the biggest advantage to SDT386, was it lack of limits on how large the schematic could be, and its hierarchical schematic capabilities.
It was never released to the public domain, so if you want a copy, I guess you will have to find someone who will sell you theirs.
Following recent Orcad discussions on this group, I am now curious as to what SDT386+ is compared to the SDT III version 3.22 that I (use for capture only)
If SDT386 is superior/later than what I have does anyone know where I can get a copy?
