Orcad SDT3.22 versus SDT386

Following recent Orcad discussions on this group, I am now curious as to
what SDT386+ is compared to the SDT III version 3.22 that I (use for capture
only)

If SDT386 is superior/later than what I have does anyone know where I can
get a copy?
