Physicians? Who do you think will keep you alive when your body starts to
fail? Not all MDs work on autopsy, btw.
And while I agree that funerals are an atrocity, what funeral directors do is
*with* the consent of the dead's family, or his own advance wishes, or both.
Not the same as autopsy.
