Yeah, an IBM PC would have been great during the US moon launch, but the first use of computers, as I recall, was computing cannonball tragetories -- babbiges adding machine would be adequete -- assuming we have to recompute this data at all. Will we fight wars exactly the same? Better work on swordplay and longbow skills to start with, in that case.
