amines or alcohols

which takes higher precedence in naming organic compounds? amine group
or alcohol group? because in
http://people.ouc.bc.ca/woodcock/nomenclature/ras-700.htm, it's amine,
in http://www.learnchem.net/orgo/fg.shtml, it's alcohol. please help!
