We have a Gamry and it has performed very well for us for four years. 

Make sure you get one with the right slot type (ISA or PCI) and budget
a computer to go with it. It is a couple of long boards for a PC, plus
a separated box that handles the high sensitivity analog electronics.

Be sure to budget for the software, too.
