Hi Jack,

Optima recommends 2.2-2.3 VPC for float charging at 77 degrees F.  I
would use the Tempenture Compensation table in Section 9.3.3, of the
Car and Deep Cycle Battery FAQ on www.batteryfaq.org to adjust the
voltage.
