Does anyone here have any real-time, practical experience with the use of chemiluminescent nitrogen detectors? I am particularly interested in how accurate their touted quantitative capabilities are. I would like to sample from an LC stream (water/methanol/TFA), which would in theory contain a single component of known molecular formula. How accurately could I estimate the concentration of my sample? In addition, what sort of upkeep/maintenance/consumables are required? Can the device simply be turned on when required and expected to perform robustly, or would it be better to keep in on 24/7? How much O2 does it consume? etc.. As I said, while pitches from vendors are welcome, I am very interested in hearing from real-world users. Thank you. Bizz
