Dry heat Sterilisation

Hi guys,

Just a question about sterilisation. Can you use extended low temp dry
heat for sterilisation.  Say 70 C for 24 hours.  Is that enough???

Is there are calculation to work it our.  Or any resources available
to find out more information??
