University Product Testing

Can anyone tell me which universities can offer their assistance by providing test 
data or
testimonial for a new type of high speed electrostatic syringe filter currently being
introduced to the biotech industry. Although we are very pleased with our own, 
in-house test
results, I find that many scientists prefer the results found by universities or their 
peers
before considering to try a new biomaterial.  We are seeking those with a background 
in;
biopharmaceutical and DNA purification, chromatography, protein separations, 
microbiological
sampling, biological warfare, etc. If you can offer assistance or can recommend a 
qualified
