It helps if you use periods at the ends of your sentences. That way,
your help can be more easily understood. If English is a second language
to you, punctuation may be something you'd like to check up on for
future posting. You have posted an incredibly long run-on sentence. I do
not mean offense by this. Newsgroups are for the purpose of
disseminating information - information must be understood after
dissemination, that's all.

The gist of your post, I presume, is that you are offering two methods
of help with hyperhidrosis, which is excessive sweating of the hands,
feet, and armpits.
