When a company produces say meat which is packaged in a plastic type package, this would be direct food contact, does the packaging have to be supplied by a comapny whom is HACCP compliant, is this HACCP compliancy basically the same as the meat processors. And how far back does the compliancy have to go, for example does the company whom manufacters the plastic package have to use resin which is from a supplier whom is also HACCP comliant. This would be for Canada and USA.Also is the HACCP compliancy for mostly direct contact. Thanks to those whom reply.
