 I have been using "protein shake" made from whey protein. I found
myself feeling better when I use it.

 I usually eat it with Hummus, a Mediterranean dip.  I love Hummus.  I
make it myself or buy fresh from grocery store (No canned Hummus). I
also eat with egg, over-easy style.  I would love to make
Mediterranean style sandwish but I don't know whow to marinade the
meat and get it cooked as soft as they do at the resturant.  Too much
work anyway.

Good to know.  I used to eat meat(beef) a lot but do not want to cook
or eat that much meat anymore, especially since even the leanest beef
would come with fat. Beside,
