I was online and came across this diet called "The Warrior Diet". Is this a good diet? Early Morning (as soon as I get up - first thing) Water - 32ozs. 2 pieces of whole wheat toast 2 tbsp. low fat peanut butter 1 dozen egg whites (do cardio) Mid-morning (Approx. 11/2 -2 hrs later) Quaker Oatmeal w/Met-Rx mixed with berries Lunchtime 8-10 egg whites w/diced turkey breast mixed fruit salad or a couple pieces of fruit CLIF bar-optional Mid Afternoon Potato stuffed with Turkey Breast w/mustard green veggies Mid-Afternoon snack Apple and Orange/Met-Rx bar Pre-Workout (about an hour and a half prior) 3/4 pound Ground Sirloin w/ mustard & ketchup Dinner Chicken Breast Brown Rice Fat Free Ragu w/Veggies Late PM A Met/Rx drink (I have this only if I feel my metabolism has been working double-time that day)
