Wouldn't someone from food science know about whey as a protein source? I thought that they would. > Do not tell me that you do not have time ,you should have it! > Health related advice is much safer in one to one discussion with a > professional person who are trained in that field. I wasn't going to believe evreything I hear in ngs blindly. I'll use my judgement. By the way, I am a chemist. I was expecting to hear some explanation in scienctific term. I wasn't after nutritional info. I was fatre the scientifc reasons between meat protein vs whey protein. > > > If you are really serious you have to consult the specialist in that > field?.but if you are just mucking around then you can pose that > question to every newsgroup you can find and get load of answers > that you may not like and not appropriate to your case! > Off you go! Why do you underestimate me? The only group I post is this group because I do not want to hear from thsoe fitness people vouching for whey protein. I am looking for some scientific facts. If this group cannot provide the naswer, that is fine with me.
