I am interested in your opinion on this topic. Please explain why you say this. For the record I take calcium carbonate 1250mg, equivalent to 500 mg of elemental calcium in each tablet. I find that the homeopathic cellsalts work ok in a lot of respects but I've never felt I got enough calcium from the homeopathic ones - a person could die of lactose poisoning taking as many as I do (the tablets are in a lactose base). When I say cellsalts, they can be taken in either the homeopathic form, the straight milligram form like calcium carbonate which satisfies the requirements of the 3 calcium cellsalts (phosphate, sulphate and fluoride) or a person can each calcium rich food. Same with the other cellsalts - they don't have to be in homeopathic form except for nat mur (sodium chloride). It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind ... And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded with patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader, and gladly so. How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar." -- Julius Caesar
