The value of a food stuff is relative to the person consuming
it....And that includes Chinese food.
Normal people will find the food wholesome; but health freaks find it
unworthy for consumption.

Steaming  foods  looks healthy( no fat added) but bland in
taste,meanwhile the flavor of stir fried food is  a lot better ....And
being normal I will prefer the latter.
