Your body is addicted to fatty food. You need to break that cycle
instaed of messing up your tatse bud.

Learn about nutrition and change your diet. Then, even if you eat a
lot, if you eat the right food, you will be OK.

Try bread made from soy which is so nutiritious that you would need to
eat less and be satisfied. I really like "Ezekiel brand Cinnamon
Rasin" bread. I alos use Wheat Pita bread.

For meat, get lean meat and grill them.

In the beginning, if you can't cut don bad food completely, that is
OK. Try the new way of eaiting and you would ntoice how your body do
not crave for food as much because it gets what it needs to function
well.

By the way, do not eat chicken skin. If you like the skin of Kentucky
Friend Chicken, you are just going to have to tell them that you can'
have it.

For sweet stuff, reduce the amount you eat, if you must have them. In
time, cut them off to eating them only once in a while.

Eat quality products. Do not buy ground beef. You get more fat than
protein. Instesd buy Ground Sirloin, for example.

Avoid bad snack. Instead use nutritous snack. In time, reduce
snaking too.

Start with a plan and if you fail, try again. Your body needs
adjusting time and so be gentle to yourself. In the long run, you
will keep the weight off while you will be content with the kind of
food you eat.
