That's what I want to confirm. After I started using a nutritional drink contianing whey protein powder along wiht other vitamins, I started felling much better such that when I do not drink it for more than 2 days, I noticed I don't feel well. So far, I drink only once a day. The bottle said to drink 2 times a day. I am not doing exercise right now because no gym around here. I just moved to this state. I am going to work on setting things up at home to do weight training (with rope, also called rubber band, and with balls, and some dumbells) and cardio/vascular exercise. > You better ask your nutritionist about this matter as he can provide > you with better qualified answer to the difference between whey > protein vs other proteins. Can't afford to go see a nutritionist right now. > Regarding muscle build up you better consult a qualified sports > nutritionist about it. Can't afford to go see a sport nutritionist right now. So if anyone has any information to share, I would appreciate it. > Roy
