You hope? That's what I want to confirm.

After I started using a nutritional drink contianing whey protein
powder along wiht other vitamins, I started felling much better such
that when I do not drink it for more than 2 days, I noticed I don't
feel well. So far, I drink only once a day. The bottle said to drink
2 times a day.

I am not doing exercise right now because no gym around here. I just
moved to this state. I am going to work on setting things up at home
to do weight training (with rope, also called rubber band, and with
balls, and some dumbells) and cardio/vascular exercise.

Can't afford to go see a nutritionist right now.

Can't afford to go see a sport nutritionist right now.

So if anyone has any information to share, I would appreciate it.
