Is whey protein more suitable to human body than protein from the meat source? Is it a good idea to cut down on meat intake, especially red meat and use the whey protein powder or nutritional powder with protein from whey source? What if no meat (unless one craves for it) and just use fish and whey as protein source? Would it be OK especially for a petiie female who wants to hit the gym and build some muscle tone and strength via weight training?
