GMO and health impact

i study in a french school in 1S (i don't know if that mean something for you)
we have a work to do about GMO
our problematic is:
have GMO positive impacts on health?
so if you have informations, website to see or book to read, say it to me please
and please, can you use a not to difficult english? i'm not very good.
