I understood it fine ... but it appears as though your trust in the 
multinationals is large ... while mine is not :)

It is a guideline ... not a "rule".

Again ... a guideline.

I admit I'm not usually around for that many followups ... most threads seem 
to degenerate quickly into slaging and abuse :)
