I think this is your Western Conifer Seed Bug, Leptoglossus occidentalis,
again. Known from Connecticut since 1985 (ref:
http://www.caes.state.ct.us/FactSheetFiles/Entomology/fsen016f.htm) and "The
insect is a household nuisance because it has the habit of entering
buildings to over winter as adults.".
