hi. http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1932610 the green one has been identified earlier as the metallic green scutellarid, Chrysocoris. Its not uncommon here (South India). please see http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1781480 but this time the green one is just a shell. At first I thought its a dead one and the other has preyed on it. On closer look, the orange one is the same morphology as the green one, which I think is the adult (?) Also, on a nearby leaf, the same process was going on; infact we can see it emerging. http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=1932671 So obviously its not 'lunch time', and rather a developmental process- moulting. Couldnt get text/pictures on the net to confirm the same. Would appreciate comments. (am obviously not an entomologist) Thanks. Sridhar
