Laudable as your efforts are, the idea of using Bamboo may cause a severe
problem with the invasive nature of this non-native plant.  Much in the same
way that kudzu has invaded the US and caused tremendous ecological problems.
I would assume that you will go for the bunching or clumping strains as
opposed to the running forms.
