Baton Rouge Observatory Activities Oct. 31 - Nov. 1

FRIDAY, October 31 
HAPPY HALLOWEEN...7:00 pm. Come join the Observatory as we discuss
scary science around the campfire. We will be roasting marshmallows
and scaring each other dare we say it. to death! 
TELESCOPE VIEWING...8:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Members of the Baton Rouge
Astronomical Society and LSU Astronomers support telescope viewing,
weather permitting. 

SATURDAY, November 1 
SOLAR VIEWING...10:00 am. Visit the observatory between 10:00 am. -
12:00 noon as Mr. Wally Pursell, local sun photographer and BRAS
member, hosts telescope viewing of the sun (weather permitting).

Tuesday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM 
Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM 
Saturday, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
