Ahnold's inaguration Chart - 17 Nov. 03, 11:20 AM PST, Sacramento Very briefly, these charts (Rasi, Navamsha, and Dashami of the inauguration) paint a picture of initial success and good fortune eroding with time. They converge with and amplify the indications in Ahnold's personal Navamsha, and in the Navamsha of his election date on 7 Oct. this year. Ahnold basically used up his terrifically good birth karma (Bhadra Yoga) in his decades of enjoying himself as a 1st-class entertainer. As a politician, he will come to know what it is like to have bad karma. Right off the top, all three of these charts are devoid of planets in the 1st house, meaning that Ahnold will *not* have the charisma as an incumbent that he had as a candidate. In D10, which is specific for issues of political power and reputation, there is nothing in the first house, and an exalted Venus, as maraka, yoga karaka, and 9th ruler, with Jupiter in Pisces in the 7th. When the 7th overpowers the 1st in this way, the person becomes the tool of others. Jupiter, ruling the 4th (established political structure and power here), as well as the 7th, is a karaka for Cruz Bustamente, who will be the real beneficiary of Ahnold's little political experiment. Jupiter, swakshetra in Pisces, is the *final_dispositor* of this chart. He is the hidden element which will come forth to dominate the outcome. Cruz will ally himself with the women in Ahnold's life, and the intelligent women in California in general, and over time, he will stalemate the Terminator, and most probably go on to govern California. There will be treachery involved. How do we know that? Because of the 8th-house indications in all three of these charts. In the Rasi, the 7th ruler, the Moon, is in the 8th with Jupiter, who rules the 12th and 3rd. In the Navamsha, the 8th ruler, the Sun, is in the 7th. In the Dashamai, the 8th ruler, Mars, is in the 12th. In political affairs, the legislature is indicated by the 11th house. In the Rasi, we have a full and mixed 11th house. Venus, as yoga karaka and 5th and 10 ruler, is very helpful here. Yes, Ahnold is popular with women. Well, *some* women. I really question the fundamental influence of the kind of woman that he is popular with. But then you have the 8th ruler, the Sun here, meaning that things are not what they seem. And you have the 6th ruler, Mercury. Mercury is a critical planet for Ahnold. It's the basis of his godd fortune in his birth chart. But ruling the 6th as it does, and disposing Saturn in Ardra as it does, this Mercury represents just nothing but hard work. Ahnold will spin his wheels in the legislature, make no mistake about it. He will work like a dog to get his goals in the legislature. They will say "Yes, yes, yes", and somehow, very little he wants will actually come about, because of hidden dynamics behind the scene (the 8th ruler here). Venus will make him come off as an entertainer rather than as a serious governor. The public will buy it for a while, but the legislators will not. In the Navamsha, what we find in the 11th is Rahu and Mercury - confusion, and Ahnold trying to talk himself out of it. Mercury rules the 4th and the 7th, and disposits Saturn to the 11th - another indication of some awful hard work in the legislature. Will it bear fruit? Well, that is another mixed bag. Venus in the 2nd, ruling 5th and 10th would seem to indicate so, but she also disposits Jupiter in the 10th, who rules the 12th and 3rd. This legislature will eat Ahnold by slow inches. They will make sure that Ahnold has all his hopes invested, and will let everything get 90% completed before they kill it. But the real killer is D10, which is specific for political processes. What's in the 11th in D10 is the 12th ruler, the Sun. In the 12th house itself, there is Mars, ruling the 8th and the 3rd. This is a brutal indication in combination with the overpowering 7th house in D10. It's very clear. The legislature of the State of California, together with the enemies he has made along the way, will be the political end of the Terminator. The Nakshatra of the Moon in the Rasi here is Magha - the 1st 13 deg. 20. min of sidereal Leo (Simha). As per usual, this chart proves to be an expansion of the meaning of the Moon's Nakshatra. Here is what Komilla Sutton ( www.komilla.com ) writes about Magha: 10. Magha - ruled by Ketu. 120'00" to 132'20" (0'00" to 13'20" Leo). The quarters are ruled by Mars, Venus, Mercury and Moon. The motivation is Artha. Male. Rat. Symbol- house or a palaquin. Deity- Pitris. Dosha- Kapha. How is this an epitome of the chart? Remember, this is an 8th-house Moon, so what we're looking at is Ahnold's enemies: The establishment and tradition, since the Pitris are the forefathers, and this Nakshatra has the power to establish and carry down tradition. Also both a house and a palanquin indicate established political power. The Rat is about survival, not bright new worlds, and glitzy words. Ketu is a destroyer and stripper. This is the wrong Nakshatra for the Moon if you have a head full of bright ideas and grandiose planes, zero political experience, and a constituency of groupies.
