Solar Eclipse in Anuradha 11-23-03

Solar Eclipse in Anuradha 11-23-03

This chart was erected with arbitrary zero coordinates for a mundane
reading. The asc. should be ignored. I read from the Moon (chandra
lagna).

This is a wide Ketu eclipse of the Sun, in which Ketu is 12th from
Sun-Moon, and in a different Nakshatra as well as a different sidereal
sign. But it is pretty scary.

Frankly, what this chart is talking about is a real danger of major
terrorism. The Moon, already completely dark on the new moon, is also
fallen in sidereal Scorpio in the fanatic Nakshatra of Anuradha, and the
12th lord Venus is in the 2nd in the Nakshatra of Moola, which has the
power to destroy (the 9-11 catastrophe happened on Mars-Ketu in Moola).
Furthermore, the Moon is accompanied in Scorpio by the Sun, the 10th
lord, and Mercury, the 8th lord. The pada of the Moon is ruled by the
8th lord, Mercury. Mercury is swanakshatra in the fierce Nakshatra of
Jyestha. This is an exceedingly dark Moon, surrounded by malefics, and
the involvement of the Sun in the eclipse means attacks on governments
when people are just not seeing straight in the dark of the Moon.
Mercury ruling the 8th and dispositing Saturn in Ardra to the 1st,
indicates lethally treacherous communications. High treason, no less.

Indeed, Ketu is involved here as well. He is in the 12th house, and
Venus disposits him to Moola. He is in the Nakshatra of Vishaka,
signified by a potters wheel, and being disposited to Moola in this way,
as well as by his own natural tendency, he will tend to distrupt
business as usual. Terrorists may strike things like stock exhanges and
transportation centers like major railway stations.

Indeed, Mars is involved here as well. He rules this chart, and is in
the 4th, in Aquarius, and Saturn disposits him to the 8th. Mars in the
4th begets violence. Mundanely, this means civil strife, and danger to
the homeland.

The general condition of the Moksha houses (4,8, and 12) in this chart
also indicates a catastrophe or loss. Two of these (8 and 12) are
auspicious because they contain the Moksha karakas, Saturn and Ketu.
But the 4th house, ruined by Mars, means that the stripping and
destructive energy of this titanically powerful Moksha energy will be
directed at the basic infrastructure of normal civilized life on this
planet. With Moksha houses and Moksha karakas, you want all or none. A
mixed condition like this will produce destruction.

But there is a bright side to this chart as well, in the dharmic or
spiritual purposes which will be brought forth. This eclipse is a
karma-dharma yoga, since Moon rules the 9th and Sun rules the 10th. Sun
also disposits Jupiter to the 1st, which accentuates the dharma (truth
or duty) component. Because of the prominence of Mercury here, a lot of
this destructive energy may burn off in talk leading to corrective
action, instead of mere mindless violence.

In the Navamsha, we see a mutual reception between 8th house Venus in
Aries, and 9th house Mars in Taurus with Ketu. Saturn is also in the
7th. It's payback time, folks, no doubt about it. Jupiter in the 2nd
in Libra in the Navamsha, ruling the 4th and the 7th, will bring things
into balance with the help of Mars in his natural house, backing this
treacherous Venus in the 8th.

This will come forth more strongly after the full Moon on 12-8, and I
think, because of the Capricorn ascendant and the involvement of Mars,
that we will see powerful and effective law enforcement measures. I
also believe that the current federal crackdown on Internet fraud will
broaden through the next month, particularly after the full moon, and
that Usenet will be part of it. With Jupiter in the 10th in Libra,
seeing this Mars-Ketu in the 5th, there will be no more nonsense, no
more evasion, and no more bullshit. Those who do evil will simply reap
the results of their actions, because that's how we preserve a human
world with functional human communication media. The hiders, sappers,
and miners will be tricked into coming into the open. Again, the
strength of Mercury with the Moon in this Rasi will bring purifying and
corrective attention to Usenet

In Iraq and the Mideast, there will be effective counter-strikes against
terrorists.
