I'm hoping he will some day lay out his entire astrology theory so we
can put him up for VVF. He's already said the stars affect the stability
of Micro$oft OSes, so he's not that far off, IMO.

Viv doesn't ask anyone actually in a given culture what they think of
any particular issue. He reads about a culture for almost 20 minutes on
the Web and decides he's qualified to decide what they would think about
anything.
