Both Newton and Einstein agree how long a sidereal day is, and give the same results for the Earth travelling around the sun. Einstein's relativity only comes into play with things travelling near the speed of light or extremely massive objects. When you talk about how long the Earth's day is, both Einstein and Newton agree. --- edt
