I still use 0.5.2 version, but not sure if it has changed much. If it has
this isn't much of help.

For example:

Monday: 0  1  2  3  4  5  6 ...    |V|

            empty space            |_|

If you double left-click that empty space below hours there comes two
brackets which cover one hour from the point you clicked. You can move
them as you like or make few more. With right-click inside those brackets
you can choose if you want to upload results or download work units or
both. That button at the right side just copies your settings, so if you
have configured Monday and now you push that button next to Tuesday it
just copies Monday's settings to Tuesday.
