	So far as I am aware there is no such frequency. All frequencies are allocated to 
services. I may be in error but if you can buy a transmitter for it, there is a market for 
it. Therefore it is allocated.

	36 kW transmitters are not quite jungle proof. You will need an air conditioned structure 
for it.
