So far as I am aware there is no such frequency. All frequencies are allocated to services. I may be in error but if you can buy a transmitter for it, there is a market for it. Therefore it is allocated.

Fuel in my country is quite cheap.

36 kW transmitters are not quite jungle proof. You will need an air conditioned structure for it.
