Mine was the same, I had told it when setting up to always run, but on the menu it said "run based on preferences", I just clicked on "run always" from the menu and it started working? Apart from that it seems good so far, I even like the new graphics bit. Right click on the current unit being processed and select "show graphics" and you get a spinning 3D version o f the old GUI, probably slows it down a lot like the old GUI, but its pretty when listening to music!
