Curious to know what to expect, QC webcam w/Meade DS-2000 114mm

Just wondered if anyone had tried this combo(or only the camera). The cam 
is a Logitech QuickCam Messenger (CMOS). Have removed the IR-filter (a BIG 
difference in sensitivity). I don't need "your webcam is crap"-replies.. 
Hope some of you are in the same financial situation as me, and can't 
afford more expensive webcams (hopefully next fall/winter).. :)
