You have the issues confused... We are talking about a vendor or writer
of books who only wants to use Astromart privately like any other
amateur to buy an accessory once in while. In that case the $300 is
demanded for no other reason than because Herb thinks they should
sponsor and he is annoyed that they don't. If he hopes that by denying
them personal use that they will pony up -- that's coercion. Why should
they pay for *private* use when nobody else does? Are the resulting
bad feelings in the best interest of Astromart? How easy is it for said
vendor to simply have someone else do his personal buying and selling?
In the end nothing is gained. Charge people based on their use, not
what the do for a living!
The bottom line: to allow private use, without any links to web sites,
etc., hurts no one.
