And of course the Biblical Archeology Review and its editor has no stake whatsoever in
this matter.

As I recall he was out in front of the pack of those acclaiming the inscription as
authentic and continuing to claim it as such long after it had been proven a forgery.
He wants it to be authentic and just has a hard time accepting the fact that he made a
fool of himself.
