Not sure if it helps, I've never tried it, but some say having floating plants such as hornwort will help give the fry somewhere to hide... I would tend to think kribs would need something in the lower third of the tank, as Kribs rarely go to the top of the tank, except to feed.. IIRC.... maybe a couple over turned clay pots? a small rock garden with hidey holes?
