DAFN IQ of 85 is a *good* number.  See "Why Race Matters" 
by Michael Levin (1997), pg 36, Table of DAFN IQ from *22* different
peer-reviewed studies, values range from 77 to 91.5 with most
running around 85.  Don't look for this politically incorrect stuff
on CNN, but it'z all solidly out there in the scientific literature.
This compares to the average white IQ of 100.

Checkout the intellectual criteria for sperm donation at any sperm bank.
Low IQ (that includz most DAFNz) is a *genetic* disqualifier.

No amount of money spent on better schools,teachers, books, equip, is
going to correct the standardized test Achievement Gapz.  It is a
genetic problem.
