Hillsborough High teacher Laura Dietz (center) shows students during

that gene sequence may be responsible for that trait in humans, too," 
said Laura Dietz, the group's faculty co-advisor.
   
By feeding the C. elegans bacteria that contains portions of C.remanei 
genes, they hope to *SHUT_DOWN_CERTAIN_TRAITS* in the C. elegans. This 
process, known as RNAi, will help them discover which traits — 
guiding *EVERYTHING_FROM_LOCOMOTION_TO_REPRODUCTION* —are linked with 
which gene segments...
