I'm 80% positive that won't work but what the heck. It is a "Walk Off
Weight Plan" from Prevention mag. by Patricia deSa.  (deSa what? Related
to? - can't be.)  So we walk the hunter-gatherer walk and eat the Stone Age
diet?
