6/176, probably on the order of 2200 calories per day, like
you I am about half of the pre 28 year old level. I have a
bounce weight range of between 167 and 183. I consider my
ideal weight at around 169, at which point i can feel my
backbone via my belly button, ;^). Much of your energy is
probably expended in digesting all that protein.
