remember Europe is even more vulnerable. At least the US has a central body
to deal with it. In the EU there would have to be a fortnight of committee
meetings to decide a vaccination programme, by which time we would have the
unedifying sight of various member states pleading with each other, or the
Americans, for the vaccine.
