Dear All, seen the desaster droughts in India, Asia, Southamerica, Africa and other countries all over the world with completely dried out counties I wish to transmit to you as follows: Subject: A new save and impressive research method for drinkingwater, it could resolve the problems also in your country, if affected. A new precise tool, valid also in very arid countries, to consider a world novelty (Groundwater Research). ------ With a new detection system so called "Hydromaps" can be developed on request here in Germany, valid for all countries. For such maps, no preliminary visit on site is needed. ------ Such maps are usually necessary prior to any waterproject, for a precise first evaluation of the country or county and mainly to save expenses, also where to place the wells. ------ This new discovery method has been used widely in modern drinkingwater-research since some time, for new settlements, industries, agriculture, used also from Real Estate Agencies for new housing areas. ----- Please see samples of such new inventory charts under: http://home.t-online.de/home/hydromaps/index11.htm or also: http://people.freenet.de/water8/index11.htm Because frequently many questions have been asked, see more information about the system as underneath explained: EXTRACT - Iīll try to answer to your questions as briefly is possible, considering that the new research method is complex and simple at the same time. 30 years have passed, since the first phenomenas of the subsurface and the dates obtained with the new measuring methods have been understood, and were made always repeatable and could be translated in practice and widely experienced. The reason for developping the new system was my professional engagement in building factories and buildings the last decads, successively engaged for many years in a research center, as research engineer, working mainly in foreign countries. Hydrogeologists from the USA - Italy - France - Germany - Spain asf. had been engaged every time to feed the factories and buildings with water. But the results were often very poor, many dry holes, with too high costs. It caused discussions with administrators, higher expenses had to be payed as previded. Until the day I decided to end such engagements, doing by myself, the situation changed and with success. Comparing the different methods existing, I was obliged to find a new, better and completely different method without the help of hydrologists. Hers hadīnt been able to obtain precise measurements and went forward by tentatives and experiences. I visited also different staten and university archivs, to understand the state of the official hydrological maps. No drilling company can really work with such average maps, no particulars found for bigger counties or smaller countries, except where dates had been available from already bored and known wells. The subsurfaces structure cannot be seen interally in this manner and consequently there cannot be made a final precise judgement for a country. This for your better understanding, it was another reason for the why of my final engagement, I was angry about such poor findings in universities and staten institutions in several countries. Since some years my new method got a face lifting of our days and proceeds now as follows: Hydromaps are made on customers requests. That means normal geographical maps of 1 : 5 000, if needed in a size of 1:1000 generally furnished by the customer from whatever country be transformed in extremly precise "Hydromaps" here in Germany, without the need to visit the county in question. This method is very usefull, because the maps already contain the roads needed for the access of heavy vehicles; altitudes and a view for the future tubings traces is possible, etc.. Maps contain after this treatment in addition all the subsurface waterways and reserves. Such Hydromaps look like an X-Ray (Roentgen) picture from above. No need to furnish newly generated maps for this purpose. Besides, last years there have been a lot of tentatives by scientists with various rays to penetrate the deep subsurfaces, also with airplanes. It always failed, no penetration was possible. After the hydromaps be transformed and presented to the customer, they are discussed and in a following agreement the best places are chosen for the wells. Same with the strategy to follow up on the hydromap and county. Generally we will drive to the site together to mark and meter the positions, with the needed dates as well as the positions and the width, depth, capacity, and quality tests asf. will be recorded. Comparing the dates, the customer now again has the possibility to choose where it makes sense or not for him to drill. With the help of Hydromaps itīs possible to get a view into the future development of a country, for next generations, to see how much water is available. In desertic countries e.g. the desired position can be found very easy, also without GPS-help. My presence is needed often for a few days only. I hope you had now an idea of what modern hydrogeologic research means, also how to save sqads of people and months of work in often hot and unpleasant environments, not to mention the higher expenses. Often I recommand to develop new hydromaps for countries with frequent telluric movements. Generally the subsurface reserves and waterways have changed their position throughout the times and you can find water only in different places as before. The hydromaps exposed on my internetpages are to consider maps used during the works. Hers intentionally are not as nice as an original, due to deprecion during Internet transmissions and copying. The blue lines are veins, running or also passing the one under the other on different levels / layers. Horizontal multiple straight and parallel lines with a limitation line around, means the area of deposits mainly microporous layers, tight on clay deposits, able to retain water for a long period during the year, containing simply the reserves. Sometimes it indicates also subsurface lakes, very rarely interal subsurface rivers. About my method to produce hydromaps in Germany, my comment is as follows: It took me a very long time to understand the connections in the subsurface and worked many years in a research center with international patents and on my own. I got a certain long and useful experience of 30 years. My way is to give good drinkingwater to the people for an acceptable price in every country, when requested. Dates about rainfall, average climatic dates asf. can be also usefull, but not determinand. Measuring the actual state of the groundwater contains can fix the final conclusions, excluding theories. It means in an actual realty, also to save the environment in different seasons. Regards, H.Precht Nov. 2003 Fax 0049 - 611 - 569155 -------------------------------------------------------
