I had a polish pullet that was decrested by a turkey.  Her head was bald and
bloody.  She recovered.

Don't over-heat your chick.  Make sure it can get away from the heat if it
needs too.  Keep it quiet and I bet it will recover after a good night's
sleep.

I leave hiding spots for the birds.  Wood leaned up on a wall, etc.  That
way those who want to get away from someone have somewhere to go.
