It is not only permitted to make friendly statements on s.a.p., it is
positively encouraged.  This is the best newsgroup of all newsgroups!  Only
very occasionally is it necessary to utter a mild rebuke here.

That is only because our views are often rubbished and we are called names
on uba & ukrb. .  When we are treated properly and given some respect the
knives stay firmly in the angora sheaths.
