Andy Nachbaur's "The Pollen Collector's Notebook"

Does anyone know where I can find Andy Nachbaur's "The Pollen
Collector's Notebook"? All my web searches come up blank. I found lots
of links, but none of them current. He had so much practical advice to
offer in his contributions to newsgroups, etc. I wish I could have
known him.
