You give no indication of where you are, or your level of beekeeping
knowledge, however:

Join any associations of beekeepers (professional, if there are any) in your
area, meet and work with them.  If no professionals, find those with the
largest set-up.
Read everything that you can - go through the archives of this newsgroup or,
better, Bee-L.

Enough information on the Links page of our website to keep you busy for a
very long time!
