Pollen mean nectar?

It's mid-November and there's no flowers that I can see anymore here in
central Illinois. The bees are bringing back a couple of types (colors?) of
pollen. Does this mean that they're bringing nectar back too? I quit feeding
them last weekend because they seemed to have quit taking it. Does this seem
normal? (Rookie beekeeper, as if you couldn't tell)
